Our plan of work for the coming year includes the development of monitoring and evaluation tools, analytics and metrics for IGAD member states, to enable measurement of the impact of te proposed investments on enhanced resilience at different scales.
It must be noted that there are many agencies working on M&E for resilience and the TC is contributing to an ongoing larger body of work.
In addition to developing and testing M&E tools, the TC is closely reviewing and analysing Horn of Africa datasets to establish baselines for the member states, capture regional resilience and measure the impact of resilience investment.
