We're building resilience
through research & investment.

In the drylands in the Horn of Africa, where natural resources are scarce and traditional pastoral livelihoods are under threat, sustainable resilience to drought and climate change is critical. Informing different approaches to resilience investment planning and setting the stage for a new resilience-enhancing science and knowledge agenda in Africa, the Technical Consortium for Building Resilience in the Horn of Africa acts as a knowledge management and research platform that combines science and development best practices to serve the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), its member states, development partners and donors.
